Bogan Movie Review

Bogan Movie Review: How do you quench the thirst of audiences, who are floored and enthralled over the erstwhile movie of the same star-cast was a tremendous hit?

Such was the instance when Jayam Ravi-Arvind Swamy officially came together for ‘Bogan’ after the grand success of ‘Thani Oruvan’.

The edge-seated thriller with some fantasy elements is directed by Lakshman of Romeo Juliet fame and is produced by Prabhu Deva with Hansika Motwani playing the female lead role.

The basic plot of ‘Bogan’ revolves around the fantasy theme of soul swapping between two contradictory personalities – Vikram (Jayam Ravi) and Aditya (Arvind Swamy).

First thing that instantly grabs your attention is the combination sequences of Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy.

While in most of the movies, we always look upon the chemistry between hero and heroine, it’s a rarity to see that we get to speak about the combo of hero and villain. The first half proceeds with a much lighter note, where the theme is established by the initial moments of the movie.

But once, the twist that comes by the second hour, it takes a huge raciness to keep us engrossed. The first half has more drama and second hour proceeds with unlimited raciness that revolves around cat and mouse game...

Overall, Bogan is a worth watching film that comes with engaging and racy moments.
